You can return an item purchased online to one of our selected Florencia stores. You have up to 30 natural days (15 natural days in the Sales period and in our Outlets) from the date of purchase to make the return. 3.- Delivery at the store: You should deliver the item you wish to return with the purchase invoice at the store. You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it, this means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. The staff of the store will give you a proof of delivery that you must keep until the refund is effective.
4.-Refund: The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.

If you don't have availability to approach one of our Florencia stores to make a return, you can send us the garments purchased online that you wish to return directly to our headquarters. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. You have up to 30 natural days (15 natural days in the Sales period and in our Outlets) from the date of purchase to make the return. You will need to follow the next steps:
1.- Print the order: Print the purchase invoice in ‘My orders’ section.
2.- Prepare the package: Enter the items you wish to return in the original packaging along with the printed purchase invoice. The items must be in the same condition in which they were received: in perfect condition and with their corresponding label. You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it, this means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete.
3.- Shipping: Send the package to the following address:
