HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE?

If you want to make a change you have the free option to do so through our stores.

In items purchased online, only changes in size and/or color of the same item will be accepted, in selected stores (we do not make changes at home):

You have up to 30 calendar days (15 calendar days in the Sales period and for those purchases made in our Outlets) from the date of purchase to make the change. We do not make any exchange of an item purchased online for a different item, in which case you must return the item and make a new online purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to make a return, you have two ways to do so within 30 calendar days (15 calendar days in the Sales period and for those purchases made in our Outlets) from the date of purchase.

Free return in store

You can return an item purchased online at one of our selected Florence stores. You have up to 30 calendar days (15 calendar days in the Sales period and those purchases made in our Outlets) from the date of purchase to make the return. We detail the steps to follow:

1.- Locate the nearest available store: The list of stores available to return orders is:

2.- Print the order: In the 'My orders' section, print the purchase invoice.

3.- Store delivery: Once in the store, deliver the item you wish to return together with the purchase invoice. The garments must be in the same condition in which they were received: in perfect condition, with its corresponding label and keeping its original packaging. You will be given a delivery receipt that you must keep until the refund is effective.

4.- Reimbursement: The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 15 days, through the same payment method used in the purchase.

home return

If you are not available to go to one of our Florence stores to make a return, you can send us the items purchased online that you wish to return directly to our headquarters. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You have up to 30 calendar days (15 calendar days in the Sales period and those purchases made in our Outlets) from the date of purchase to make the return. We detail the steps to follow:

1.- Print the order: In the 'My orders' section, print the purchase invoice.

2.- Prepare the package: Enter the garments you wish to return in the original packaging together with the printed purchase invoice. The garments must be in the same condition in which they were received: in perfect condition and with its corresponding label.

3.- Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

4.- Reimbursement: Once the package has been received at our headquarters and verified that the items are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 15 days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
