Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions for online orders described below apply to all orders placed from the online platform www.florenciashop.com and are available to the customer at all times, so that the customer can view them whenever he or she wishes from our website. Florencia reserves the right to adapt and/or modify these general terms and conditions for online orders at any time. The applicable version of the terms and conditions of an order is the one published on the website at the time of placing the order. Consequently, our general terms and conditions are accepted without reservation.
Customer
Once the customer has registered his/her personal information on our website, he/she must ensure that the data provided is accurate and complete. In the event of an error in the writing of the recipient's data, Florencia cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the order.
Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day the customer consults them and as long as the company has stock available. Florencia pays the greatest attention to the presentation and description of the products in order to offer the customer the best possible information. However, non-substantial errors may occur on the website that the customer is aware of and accepts. In the event that the product sent does not match its description on the website, the customer may exercise his right of withdrawal or exercise all warranty rights stipulated by applicable law.
Orders
Acceptance of an order placed on our website is subject to the procedure made available to the customer to validate his orders. Any order validated by the customer is in accordance with the sales contract and means acceptance of all the clauses of these terms and conditions. Florencia will send an email to the customer summarizing the order (products, prices, availability of products, quantity, etc.). For this purpose, the customer formally accepts the use of his email to receive confirmations of the contents of the orders, by Florencia, in any case. Orders can be found in the “Account” section. The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any justification, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the customer acquires physical possession of the product.
PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS Certain countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional costs (for taxes or customs) after receipt of the order and depending on the legislation of your country. Florencia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates applicable at the time of the order. The products must be paid for at the time the order is placed. Purchases must be paid for by credit card, through the Shopify service. The customer expressly acknowledges that the disclosure of his/her card number to Florencia authorizes the company to debit the price of the product from his/her account. The data stored by Florencia provides proof of all orders and transactions. The data stored by Shopify constitutes proof of financial transactions.
For orders over €80 in total (in store products, including shipping costs), a surprise gem called "Wonder" will be included.
For orders exceeding €120 as final amount (on products from the store, including shipping costs) , the "Carré" surprise Scarf will be included for free and finally, on orders over €200 as final amount (on store products, including shipping costs) , an Exclusive Bag named "Femme" will be included at no additional cost.
Unless there is a program error, orders that do not exceed these total amounts will not include the relevant gift (although it will be reflected in the final order list).
These gifts may be omitted or replaced unless stocks are out or depending on the campaign(s) at that time.
Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over 40 €, only and exclusively for Spain. Shipments are delivered by the company *GLS, from Monday to Friday, depending on the option chosen by the customer at the time of order validation. Shipment is made to the address indicated by the customer. Orders are shipped on average within two (2) days, but this period may be extended up to ten (10) calendar days, particularly when a new online collection has recently been published, due to the high number of orders that may occur. In order to meet the deadlines, the customer must ensure that he has provided complete and correct information regarding the delivery address (including in particular the address, building number, scale, access codes, etc.). *Florence will ship orders with a maximum delay of twelve (12) calendar days for orders to Europe and twenty (20) calendar days for international orders, from the day after the order validation. In the event that the delivery time is extended and is not justified, for reasons of greater importance, the customer may request the cancellation of the order and receive his money within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days. The times described above are indicative deadlines, which correspond to the average times required for the shipment of the products. *Florencia cannot be held responsible, consequently, for the delay of deliveries that are made if the reason is due to reasons of greater importance or derived from third parties."
The 24-72 hours that Florencia offers for the shipping and delivery of orders in the peninsula (Spain), through the company GLS, are from Monday to Friday, that is, they are working days.
If an order is placed (and consequently received by Florence) on a Friday afternoon (after 3pm), a Saturday or a Sunday, the 24-72 hours will start counting from Monday at 9am or, if this is a public holiday, from the following working day.

Legal right of withdrawal
Consumers have a Right of Withdrawal in relation to purchases made through online stores, which allows them to return products. The Right of Withdrawal is regulated by Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. This right is justified by the need to protect the consumer against the fact that he is making a distance purchase of which it is understood that he does not have all the sufficient elements for an adequate assessment and, therefore, he may not be interested later. The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without the need for any justification, within a period of fourteen (14) days. This period will expire fourteen (14) days after the customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products. The customer may use the model Withdrawal Form below, as Annex I, although its use is not obligatory or, alternatively, the Withdrawal Form received with the order. If the customer informs us of their decision to withdraw from their purchase, we will send them an acknowledgement of receipt by email. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the deadline expires. The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, without having been used or washed. In the event of withdrawal by the customer, we will refund all payments made, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by the customer of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which we have been informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the initial transaction. The customer will not be charged any costs as a result of the refund. We may retain it until we have received the products, or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first. The products must be returned or delivered, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer communicates to us his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if the customer returns the products before the 14-day period has expired. The customer must pay the return shipping costs and is only obliged to cover the depreciation in the value of the products if this is a consequence of improper handling of the goods when examining their condition. In all cases, the costs of returning the products will be covered by Florencia if the product sent is in poor condition, is defective and/or is very different from the product ordered (not counting the alterations caused by making it visible on various digital media). If the customer does not accept these terms and conditions, including the conditions for returns or exchanges, Florencia cannot proceed to refund the products in question.

Free in-store returns: You can return an item purchased online to one of our selected Florence stores. You have up to 30 calendar days (15 days on sales and items purchased in our outlets) from the date of purchase to make the return. We detail the steps to follow:

3.- Delivery to the store: Once in the store, hand over the item you wish to return along with the purchase invoice. The items must be in the same condition as when they were received: in perfect condition, with their corresponding label and retaining their original packaging. You will be given a delivery receipt that you must keep until the refund is effective.
4.- Refund: The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
Cash will only be refunded for online orders, to the same card used to make the purchase.
For returns of purchases made in any of our (physical) stores, a "Voucher" equivalent to the amount of the item(s) being returned will be delivered without any time limit (to validate it).
Returns to your home: If you are not available to visit one of our stores available for returns, you can send the items purchased online that you wish to return directly to our headquarters. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You have up to 30 calendar days (15 days during sales) from the date of purchase to make the return. We detail the steps to follow:
